Plymouth Computers & Phones

On multiple occasions, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Nasser and his team of technicians at Plymouth Computers & Phones. My MacBook Pro was completely overhauled by their team, and when I turned it on for the first time, I was able to get right back to work effortlessly. I never experienced another problem with that computer. Eventually, my MacBook became too old for Apple to support with operating system updates. I went back to see Nasser and explained my situation, including the fact that I was not interested in purchasing a new computer. He listened carefully and presented me with several options to solve the problem. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and commitment to finding the right solution, I now have a computer system that completely meets my needs. I am beyond ecstatic! The customer service at Plymouth Computers & Phones is truly outstanding, and their prices are very reasonable. Nasser and his team have earned my trust and gratitude, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of computer service or advice. Thank you, Nasser, for always taking the time to listen and for finding solutions that work for your customers!

Nasser did an amazing job, and I cannot thank him enough. A routine maintenance session went sour, and I thought I was starting down at least a costly repair, if not a new PC. Nasser and his years of experience made it look easy. And even with requesting expedited service, the cost was totally competitive and fair. I'll admit that I don't know the average rates of PC repair, but that was an outstanding price for resurrecting my PC. I definitely recommend them, and I am extremely grateful for their excellent work. Thank you again Nasser and Plymouth Computer & Phones!

The experience gives me hope that there is still decency out there. I arrived in a state of distress and was attended to on the spot. Worked with Nassar who did a bunch of testing on my laptop that wouldn't start. He did get it started but finally determined that the problem was one that could be fixed but was not really practical to do so. He was patient, kind and smiled easily. He felt so bad that he wasn't able to repair it right then that he lowered the charge he had stated up front. I left with a smile because of the experience despite the bad news.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! Not only did they do a great job with my laptop, but I had lost my keys and they were extremely patient with me, offered to help me look for them, and checked the cameras for me to make sure I had them when I left. Because of their help I found my keys and have my laptop back! 10/10 experience wonderful family business:) !

Was in a fix with my laptop moving slow and not downloading updates. I fully admit that it was my fault for not keeping it up to date on the updates. Facing a situation where I was urgently needing my laptop to run on all 8 cylinders for a project I had coming up, I found this shop online. I'm immensely impressed with the gentlemen working here. They were able to get my laptop back up to speed and running smoothly in no time! Can't recommend these guys enough! Great group of knowledgeable guys for sure! 😁👏👏👏
